Choosing Your Stamp

Self-Inking Stamp
Our Trodat Self-Inking Stamps use a water-based ink pad to produce crisp, clean impressions on matt and uncoated paper. Ideal for frequent everyday use, the replaceable ink pad can be easily swapped out or refreshed using compatible stamp refill ink when impressions begin to fade.

Pre-Inked Stamp
Pre-inked stamps use an oil-based ink to produce exceptionally sharp, detailed impressions. Instead of a replaceable ink pad, the ink is stored within the stamp itself and can be topped up using compatible pre-inked stamp refill ink as needed.

Both options deliver crisp, professional impressions. The best choice simply comes down to your personal preference and how you prefer to maintain your stamp.

Suitable Surfaces

For the best results, use your Loyalty Card Stamp on matt or uncoated paper and cardstock.

Please note: These stamps are not suitable for glossy, laminated or coated loyalty cards, as the ink cannot absorb into the surface and may smudge or transfer before drying.

We endeavour to process all ready-to-ship orders within 1-3 days of receipt of payment and will contact you if any items cannot be processed within this time.

Custom orders (such as custom stamps and stickers) can take 5-7 business days to process and create the product(s). Once dispatched, allowance needs to be made for postage in line with the postal service provider’s usual delivery timeframes. During our busier periods it is possible for order processing to take up to 2-3 weeks plus postage. If you require your products urgently, please feel free to contact us and we will discuss options.
